Newburgh Fall Fest Family Day is built on local businesses, makers and food. Around 50 vendors joined us last year in front of more than 10,000 people. Spaces are limited and they go quickly.
The application takes a couple of minutes. Tell us who you are and what you sell, and we will be in touch to confirm your space and your spot on the grounds.
Please do not break down before 7:00 PM even if you sell out. A half empty vendor row at six o'clock is not fair to the vendors either side of you or to the people still walking through.
As vendors are confirmed they get listed here, so people can see exactly who they will find at Newburgh Fall Fest before they come.

Setup must be completely finished by 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 3. Doors open at noon, so please arrive with time to spare.
No. Vendors may not begin breaking down before 7:00 PM. It keeps the vendor row full for the people still walking through.
No, vendors bring their own tent, tables, chairs and tent weights.
Yes, apply through the same form and tell us you are a food truck so we can place you and sort out power.
